Shipping Policy

A HydroJug shipment has a store-handling period followed by the carrier's route. Both are estimates and neither is an unconditional delivery date.

From authorization to dispatch

We normally prepare a successfully authorized order within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, estimated transportation is 4–6 business days; weekends, applicable holidays and carrier events can alter that range.

Address, service and tracking

Checkout lists the eligible destination, service and any shipping charge for that order. Confirm the address and reachable contact details before submission. Tracking is supplied after the carrier releases it.

When a parcel needs investigation

Write to sanjaysakseen@gmail.com if tracking stalls, a parcel is lost or transit-damaged, or a delivery scan does not match receipt. Share the order identifier, checkout email, tracking data and useful images.
